At this forum we will be offering training in Comic Strip conversations; what they are and how to use them, with discussion around how they can best be adapted in school. This can be used as Continuing Professional Development and will be delivered by Pam Thomas, Clinical Lead here at Channels & Choices.

This free event will be presented and hosted by The Sallygate School, part of Channels & Choices, a centre of excellence in therapeutic childcare, including seven therapeutic residential children’s homes, The Sallygate School (which offers both primary and secondary education,) a therapeutic fostering service and inhouse therapy team. Children are referred to us due to their social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, which have resulted in their inability to be able to be cared for within a family environment and nearly all of the children have experienced early life trauma.
